LOCATION: 1101 Enterprise Drive, Royersford PA 19468. (This will initially be a work from home position due to Covid-19).
SALARY: $16.50 per hour.
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 5:30PM (can be flexible)
Responsible for: reviewing customer's request/ issues and/or needs related to SITAD /IT assets program.
Identify trends, analyse and make recommendations on how to resolve customer inquiries/invoice and billing related questions or ways to update the account to ensure goals are being met.
Response to issues should be timely and consistent and within established guidelines. First call or contact resolution.
Set up and support customers with appropriate technology requirements.
Lead and manage account changes such as: Edit customer account information/ inventory consolidations/ establishing departments/ record classification projects.
Update and manageactivity reports for Account Managers/ interact with Supervisor and other departments.
Excellent/professional/courteouscustomer service and strong Microsoft skills are required.
2 years of Customer Service/organizational/presentation skills experience required.
2 years of experience working with Microsoft: Word/ Lotus/ Excel, and e-mail applications required.
Attention to detail and the ability to identify key parts of the process.
High School education or equivalent.
