Our Data Entry Specialist is the face of Iron Mountain.

PLEASE NOTE: This positions is for a one (1) year assignment and does not offer benefits.

LOCATION: 175 Bearfoot Road, Northborough MA 01532

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday between 6:00am - 2:30pm

SALARY: $15.00@hr.

  • Key files from box contents from tab of folder or inside first page of folder.

  • Speed as well as accuracy a must.

  • Keystrokes 8,000 or better.

  • Fast pace environment in a warehouse environment.

  • Lifting boxes that average from 10 lbs. - 30 lbs. for the duration of the day.

  • Using in House software – knowledge of Excel and Word.

  • Willing to train in other Departments as needed - this may require travel.

  • Prepping and scanning documents.

  • May require assisting customers.

  • All around Team Player.

  • Will work between 30-40 hours per week based on work load.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • High level data entry skills required. Proficiency on a PC in an IBM compatible and MS DOS environment and familiarity with windows and word processing software; Strong organizational skills and a detail orientation required.

  • At least 1 year data entry experience in a service oriented environment with exposure to customer service required.

  • Must be able to pass data entry test at 8K keystrokes or better.
