Monitors the functioning of the Oneil system in terms of the compliance of operational processes with the Chain of Custody principles and the applicable procedures
Monitors, verifies data, analyzes and resolves exceptions on an ongoing basis
Conducts analysis, on the basis of which trains employees about the causes of exceptions and how to prevent their occurrence
Prepares and distributes reports
Analyzes qualitative indicators, verifies the results and the connection of input and source data with them
Conducts and presents reports
Supports solving problems with ONeil reported by employees
Monitors the implementation and maintenance of corrective actions, short and long term
Correctness of input and source data
Verification of compliance of physical and system states and statuses
Monitoring of implementations and maintaining corrective actions
Takes part in the training process in terms of quality assurance
Renewal training / after incidents and complaints
Good understanding of statistical data analysis
Advanced excel skills
Good command of written and spoken English
Education: Mathematical or Industrial engineer, Statistics
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
Preferably residing / will be able to reside in Istanbul Anatolian side or Gebze.
